2. Perform shielded metal arc welding operations utilizing E-XX10 electrodes in various positions and joint designs.
3. Inspect weldments.
4. Identify discontinuities on weldments and base metals.
5. Explain the fundamental principles of the SMAW process.
RECOMMENDED COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES:
1. Create pad of beads using EXX10 electrodes.
2. Create fillet welds in all positions on various joint designs.
