 I.      Carpet

                 1.      Pattern, cut and sew boot with proper seam and hem allowances

                 2.      Measure for grommet placement

                 3.      Install grommets

                 4.      Install convertible boot

 IV.     Tonneau Covers

         A.      Construct a tonneau cover

                 1.      Measure bed of pickup truck and order material

                 2.      Layout, pattern and cut materials

                 3.      Assemble tonneau cover

                 4.      Attach reinforcement tapes

                 5.      Measure for grommets

                 6.      Attach grommets

                 7.      Attach cover to pickup truck bed
