STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Students must identify duties and managerial skills.
II. Teaches students to identify products the agency sells, staffing required to efficiently handle customer base, evaluate salary versus commission and incentive compensation programs.
III. Student must recognize the value of a sales-oriented staff.
IV. Requires student to identify and explain accounting and legal requirements.
V. Students will know the requirements for opening a travel agency.
