 TOPICAL OUTLINE:
 
 I.      Examine existing industry contracts.
 II.     Identify what oversights may require a contract.
 III.    Identify what performance failures may result in legal action.
 IV.     Required language to avoid litigation.
 V.      Costs of industry contracts, such as CRS contracts.
 VI.     How to negotiate favorable contract terms.
