 STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
 
 I.      Student must define airfare terms, incl. International and mileage.
 II.     Requires student to interpret fare/rule displays, apply to fare construction.
 III.    Teaches student how to select the best fare, apply taxes, and prepare manual tickets.
 IV.     Student must calculate refunds and additional collections. Process ticket exchanges.
