 STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
 
 I.      Identify and diagram several Transmission types including special features of each.
 II.     Demonstrate understanding of Transmission operation and Gear Ratio selection using mathematical equations.
 III.    Select and apply various Transmission repair procedures as applicable.
 IV.     Identify and diagram several Clutch types including special features of each.
 V.      Demonstrate understanding of Clutch Systems through disassemble and re-assembly of a complete Clutch System.
 VI.     Select and apply various Clutch System repair procedures as applicable.
 VII.    Identify and diagram several Chain and Belt Drive systems including special features of each.
 VIII.   Demonstrate understanding of Chain and Belt Drive Systems by properly adjusting each type of drive system.
 IX.     Select and apply various Chain and Belt Drive System repair procedures as applicable.
