STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Discuss basic Four-Stroke engine theory and related topics.
II. List correct operating sequence of events that occur in Four-Stroke engine operation.
III. Identify, list and diagram the majority of mechanical components used in Four-Stroke engine construction.
IV. Demonstrate ability to inspect and determine condition of Four-Stroke engine components.
V. Demonstrate ability to correctly disassemble and re-assemble Four-Stroke engines and related assemblies.
VI. Demonstrate ability to correctly identify and apply correct Four-Stroke engine repair procedures.
