 I.      Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the rules of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisals as adopted June 14, 1996.
 II.     Display a knowledge of the appraisal profession.
 III.    Define the real estate market place.
 IV.     Discuss the appraisal process.
 V.      Explain the data collecting process.
 VI.     Display a basic knowledge of the residential construction process and details.
 VII.    Demonstrate the sales comparison approach to appraisal.
 VIII.   Demonstrate an ability to complete a site valuation.
 IX.     Explain the income capitalization approach to appraisal.
 X       Explain and define the reconciliation and the appraisal report.
 XI.     Display a basic knowledge of appraisal math and statistics.
