I. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the rules of the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisals as adopted June 14, 1996.
II. Display a knowledge of the appraisal profession.

IV. Discuss the appraisal process.
V. Explain the data collecting process.
VI. Display a basic knowledge of the residential construction process and details.
VII. Demonstrate the sales comparison approach to appraisal.
