  Course Description:Covers aspects of fetal development, neonatology, and pediatrics. Cardiopulmonary disorders, respiratory therapeutics, special procedures, labor and delivery will be covered. Students enrolled in this class will also be certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

 V.      Demonstrate the proper way to assess Prenatal and Perinatal History
 VI.     Demonstrate and note the requirements of a Physical examination of the newborn
 VII.    Identify Special Problems in the Newborn
 VIII.   Discuss the importance of the History and Physical Asessment of the Child
 IX.     Understand Noninvasive Monitoring
 X       Identify and explain the etiology of  Pulmonary system disorders in the newborn.
 XI.     Identify and explain the etiology of Pulmonary disorders in children
