STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Identify etiology, signs and symptoms, interventions, and treatments of major psychiatric disorders exhibited by youth in residential treatment facilities.
II. Discuss the psychiatric care worker¿s role in group facilitation, milieu and behavioral management, and crisis intervention in residential treatment facilities.
