 I.      Create concise and unambiguous instructions, in the form of a home program, for patients.
 II.     Contribute constructively to meetings in the following ways:  demonstrate understanding of others¿ viewpoints, express their own opinions effectively, document meeting highlights, and follow up on action items.
 III.    Describe and document assessment and plan sections of SOAP format.
 IV.     Describe and create a patient progress note used in physical therapy.
