STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Compare and contrast the demonstrated use of a variety of methods and strategies applicable to issue identification, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution, to include definition and evaluation of the roles and responsibilities of self and others.
II. Integrate research and theory applicable to the historical development of current trends in community issues to community problem solving encountered at the field site.
III. Analyze the strengths and needs of the individual and/or team to utilize professional skills such as project management, organization, goal setting, time management, and adaptability.
IV. Engage in reflective practices that critique personal strengths, concerns and needs of self and the group, and reflect on the leadership, development, and social responsibility discovered from the exercise.
