Course Description: | Allows opportunities for students to improve their skills with pattern alterations and fitting. Students will complete either a dress form or a personal sloper from a computer generated pattern or a any basic pattern. |

STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Identify the advantages of using fitting tools like a sloper or a dress form.
II. Decide to construct a dress form or a sloper.
III. Learn the process of constructing a dress form by watching the Twin Dress Form Video or finishing a computer tutorial.
IV. Order and bring the needed supplies for the project.
V. Work in groups to plaster each individual body, green soap, and fill the forms with liquid foam.
VI. Finish each individual form with knit fabric, marked grainlines, and attach to a stand.
VII. Fit a muslin sloper pattern to their body or the dress form.
