 STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
 
 I.      Complete a reference notebook of ¿ scale patterns for skirts, caftans/kimono style, and pants.
 II.     Analyze figure type, and apply necessary fitting changes to the pattern in full size on a skirt, knit, and dress pattern.
 III.    Manipulate a dart in three different variations.
 IV.     Create  three necklines of their choice.
 V.      develop a full size pants pattern.
