Course Description: | Offers the student an opportunity to explore the issues surrounding the appropriateness of the existing security in any location; Review of issues such as industry standards and adequacy of hiring, training, supervision, and policies; Comparison of physical security to ensure reasonableness and appropriateness. Emphasis will be placed on a thorough review of the issue of foreseeability assessment in the determination of proximate cause. |
