 I.) Demonstrate and learn emergency respons driving including braking and steering techniques, as well control techniques.
 II.) Learn how to effectively use driving techniques in low-speed situations.
 III.) Learn the fundamental knowledge of vehicle dynamics pertaining to skid recognition, avoidance, and control.
 IV.) Demonstrate the proper procedures for conducting high riask vehicle stops.
 V.) Learn the guidelines and techniques in searching vehicles.
