STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Identify volleyball court dimensions and markings.
A. Recall the basic rules of volleyball.
B. Demonstrate body position and stance.
C. Demonstrate proper execution of the pass.
D. Demonstrate and practice proper execution to the various serves.
E. Demonstrate and practice proper execution of the sets.
F. Understand the advantages and disadvantages of offensive attack skills.
G. Recall when to use the correct spike.
H. Practice and demonstrate the preparations and proper follow-through of the spikes.
