I. Reinforce knowledge and practice of basic Pilates exercise
II. Increase repertoire of exercises as time and/or students¿ abilities allow
III. Expand use of resistance equipment in conjunction with more advanced exercises
TOPICAL OUTLINE:
I. Basic technique, exercise review
A. Breath
B. Posture/Alignment
C. Perform approximately 20 basic exercises
II. Review principles
A. Exercise progression
B. Increase number of standing arm exercises
C. Continue to add exercises
D. Add use of tubing, light weights to exercises
