  Course Description:Introduces the student to the useful wild plants of Spring not seen in earlier classes, as well as a review of botany and topics covered in previous classes. Students will learn and practice harvesting methods such as winnowing grain from chaff using the wind. Wild food preparation, cooking and preservation will be expanded. Prepared food categories will be wild teas and coffees, wild sprouts and wild sweets and deserts.
