STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
1. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of jewelry terminology, media, and processes used to create jewelry.
2. Identify tools and components of handcrafted jewelry making used in the creation of wearable art.
3. Apply the visual elements and the principles of design to create jewelry, using various media and techniques, including beads and wire.
4. Select, analyze and compose jewelry designs that demonstrate enhanced perception and communicate ideas and sensibilities.
5. Assemble and assess a presentation of your work that demonstrates professionalism.
