  Course Description:Enables sign language interpreting students to establish a foundation of linguistic and metalinguistic skills. Students will study the complexities of English and analyze semantic and discourse level considerations within mainstream American culture. Students will also have an opportunity to identify strengths and weaknesses in their own fluency in English.
