STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. General
II. Demonstrate knowledge of basic insurance operations and regulation, as they relate to property and casualty insurance through cases, tests and projects; understanding through projects the various departments which operate within most insurance companies, their purpose and evaluate each.
III. Communication: The successful student will be able to independently communicate orally and/or in writing accurate, concise and complete major insurance requirements and their importance in the field.
IV. Personal/Interpersonal Responsibility: The successful student will be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, manage, and successfully complete a variety of tasks and projects.To organize an insurance department within the framework of the insurance regulation.
