  Course Description:Delivers design and application concepts for Electromechanical, Pneumatic and Robotic Systems with an emphasis on troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining semiconductor fabrication equipment. Labs demonstrate the control and response of electromechanical, pneumatic and robotic systems including electric motors, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, as well as associated sensors.
