4. Describe the principle of energy balance and explain the impact of hypocaloric, hypercaloric, and liquid caloric diets on body weight.
5. Evaluate dietary approaches to weight loss.
6. Analyze the role of various lifestyle modifications, behaviors, and exercise to promote weight loss.
7. Differentiate between hunger and appetite and the role of each in weight loss.
