1. Apply entry level phlebotomy skills using National Standards
2. Demonstrate knowledge of the importance of phlebotomy & scope of practice to OSHA Standards in all areas of healthcare.
3. Demonstrate quality of care standards & procedures to ensure patient safety
4. Demonstrate ethical and legal aspects of Phlebotomist.
