STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
1. Develop and state a coaching philosophy.
2. Use a variety of communication, reinforcement and motivation techniques.
3. Use appropriate teaching of skills, learning styles and planning of practices and meetings.
4. Utilize training the athlete as a whole through the proper use of physical training techniques includes principles of
training, sport fitness and nutritional needs of athletes.
5. Define the responsibilities involved with sport and risk management.
