STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
1. Analyze site conditions and determine design capacity of an irrigation system.
2. Present irrigation plans using appropriate graphics.
3. Select and place components correctly into an irrigation design.
4. Demonstrate the ability to create an efficient irrigation schedule based on soil type, evapotranspiration rates, precipitation rates and distribution uniformity.
5. Create and complete relevant business documents (e.g. irrigation schedule, installation specifications, billing, job reporting, etc.).
6. Use numeracy and problem solving skills to solve content related problems.
