STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
1. Demonstrate employability skills
2. Demonstrate an understand of, and participate in greenhouse tasks by caring for greenhouse crops on a daily to weekly basis.
3. Participate in horticulture activities on a daily basis that demonstrate an understanding of landscape techniques such as:
fall pruning, watering, planting, fall bed care and fall plant care.
4. Plant and care for plants in perennial containers, patio tubs and hanging baskets.
5. Participate in the growing and care of plants for seasonal plant sale.
6. Participate in activities relate to spring industry activities.
