Course Description: | Teaches the history and development of Bach Essences. Explores how stress and emotions effect our physical body. Scientific theories that explain how energy medicine works will also be introduced. Students will learn the purpose of all 38 remedies, proper blending techniques and applications of appropriate remedies to aid them in restoring emotional balance and harmony. |

STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
1. Understand the history of Dr. Bach and his discovery of Bach essences
2. Learn basic concepts and principles of the Bach system
3. Discover how stress and emotions can effect the physical body
4. Review scientific theories that explain energy medicine
5. Identify specific uses for each of the 38 flower essences
6. Distinguish differences between Bach and other botanicals like herbs, essential oils and Homeopathy
7. Demonstrate appropriate application of essences
