Title: | The Resilient Heart |
Long Title: | The Resilient Heart: Skills for Building Emotional Flexibility |
Course Description: | Introduces the science based techniques of heart-focused biofeedback and bioenergetics to change the body’s responses to stressful events, thus building resiliency. The student will learn the effect of positive emotions that affect the mind and body, including the heart and nervous system. This class will include practice in techniques that create and sustain coherent heart rates, as well as increasing resiliency. |
