STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Upon completion of this course students shall demonstrate an understanding of gunsmithing skills. Students in this course will consult with the instructor to select projects/tasks that will be completed to the satisfaction of the instructor. Given performance tests, the student will perform these tasks with a score of 75% or better:
A. Explain and/or demonstrate basic action tuning.
B. Explain and/or demonstrate troubleshooting techniques.
C. Explain and/or demonstrate timing adjustment procedures.
D. Explain and/or demonstrate barrel fitting techniques.
E. Explain and/or demonstrate sight installations.
