STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Upon completion of this course students shall demonstrate an understanding of advanced machining skills. Students in this course will consult with the instructor to select projects/tasks that will be completed to the satisfaction of the instructor. Given performance tests, the student will perform these tasks with a score of 75% or better:
A. Explain and/or demonstrate precision layout and machining operations.
B. Explain and/or demonstrate the manufacture of small parts.
C. Explain and/or demonstrate machine shop math and trigonometry
