STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Upon completion of this course students shall demonstrate an understanding of machining skills. Students in this course will consult with the instructor to select projects/tasks that will be completed to the satisfaction of the instructor. Given performance tests, the student will perform these tasks with a score of 75% or better:
A. Explain and demonstrate how to use Drill Press.
B. Explain and demonstrate how to use Metalworking Lathe.
C. Explain and demonstrate how to use Milling Machine.
D. Demonstrate manufacture of parts and tools.
