Demonstrate an understanding of basic tools, vector drawing, symbol creation and symbol library management, keyframes, frame-based animation, button creation, layers, motion tweening, shape tweening, linking and targeting, file optimization, embedding, publishing, interactivity, text sources, sound for flash and flash plug-in detection
