Course Description: | Trains potential dispatch recorders on the structure of an expanded dispatch organization and how to effectively perform within that organization. Course will provide the student with a working knowledge of the purpose and process of completing the resource order and other dispatch forms. It will also provide instruction on established dispatch procedures. |

STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Describe the purpose and organizational structure of an expanded dispatch, and the role of the dispatch recorder within the organization
II. Demonstrate the skill in completing a Resource Order Form, mob and de-mob fire resources, complete dispatch forms and follow procedures for those forms, and use a resource locator system to track resources.
