 I.      Recall the duties and responsibilities of people who maintain commercial buildings.
 II.     Recall the standards and criteria placed on each commercial and/or industrial type building.
 III.    Recall the time formulas used in commercial type cleaning schedules.
 IV.     List the proper safety precautions in using cleaning products.
 V.      Identify the proper storage handling of cleaning products.
 VI.     Listist the proper procedures in mixing products
 VII.    List the proper procedures to clean floors in any given situation.
 VIII.   Demonstrate the proper cleaning procedures when it pertains to hard floors, tile, wood, and cement.
 IX.     Demonstrate the proper cleaning procedures when it pertains to carpet cleaning.
 X       Identify the cleaning problems involved in maintaining public baths and restrooms.
