Course Description: | Develops basic skills and knowledge in using a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) router. The course covers using computer-based drafting programs to set up a vector-based drawing and properly outputting files to a router. Students gain an understanding of the use of the CNC router for use in fields such as woodworking, model making, prototyping, tooling, and signage. |
