2. Assess and acquire materials and tools needed to complete instrument
3. Create scaled and full-size drawings/plans
4. Apply techniques needed to build selected instrument
5. Create instrument
TOPICAL OUTLINE
I. Develop modeling skills for type of instrument to be built.
II. Document all resources for the materials and tools necessary to build instrument.
III. Produce working drawings of instrument that include joinery, hardware, and any special aspects of instrument (inlays, cut-a-ways, etc.).
IV. Research techniques, materials, and tools necessary to build instrument.
