STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
1. Demonstrate a working knowledge of how to build a carved top/back mandolin from a set of plans.
2. Use gouges, chisels and other hand and power tools used in mandolin construction.
3. Choose and apply a finish suitable for mandolin construction.
