  Course Description:Incorporates a supervised clinical internship with a precepting surgeon (67.5 contact hours). Includes guided home study, presentation of case studies, maintenance of records and a journal. Examines specific surgical cases including Thoracotomy / Rt. Upper Lobectomy, Simple Nephrectomy, Bilateral Reduction Mammoplasty and Lumbar Laminectomy. Addresses selected home study topics.
