STANDARD COMPETENCIES
1. Assess and track implementation of program plan through data tracking, data analysis, and performance evaluations.
2. Evaluate the outcomes of program plan through epidemiologic and statistical methods of data management and analysis.
3. Assess the success or failure of program plan in relation to future program planning activities to develop better strategic components.
4. Develop a summative document to reflect on experiences with the implementation, conduction, and evaluation of the program plan
with special emphasis on successes, failures, changes to be implemented in the future and analysis of program as a whole
