STANDARD COMPETENCIES
1. Examine the foundations of diversity and multicultural competence.
2. Interpret ways in which diversity plays a role in the delivery and acceptance of treatment for all health care providers, specifically dental professionals.
3. Summarize ways in which diverse populations may require different behavior or boundaries from clinicians.
4. Develop ideas and new approaches to use in a multicultural context for the delivery of differing types of dental treatment modalities.
