STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Describe the general characteristics of dental materials.
II. List and describe the uses of dental materials as well as considerations for their manipulation.
III. Identify various dental cements, bases, and liners.
IV. List the components and physical properties of dental cements, bases, and liners.
V. List and describe the uses of dental cements, bases, and liners as well as considerations for their manipulation.
VI. Identify various dental metals.
VII. List and describe the components and physical properties of dental metals.
