STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. Define components of a multimedia system.
II. Design and layout a multimedia presentation using different presentation software programs.
III. Design and produce overheads related to presenting business information.
IV. Design and produce business handouts and an outline from the created overheads.
V. Define components of a desktop publishing application.
VI. Integrate text and graphics when creating business correspondence, including a company letterhead, sales flyer, and a business newsletter.
VII. Apply principles of design and layout concepts to communicate a message effectively in the production of business correspondence.
VIII. Produce professional-quality business documents recommended by IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals).
