 1.  Identify the components of the eukaryotic cell.
 2.  Demonstrate an understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in cell signaling and responses.
 3.  Demonstrate an understanding of the major metabolic pathways used by eukaryotic cells.
 4.  Demonstrate an understanding of the flow of genetic information and control of genetic expression in eukaryotic cells.
 5.  Demonstrate an understanding of the growth and reproductive mechanisms used by eukaryotic cells.
 6.  Demonstrate the laboratory techniques common to a cell biology lab.
