STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. The learner shall have understanding of theory and law of color.

III. The learner should be able to complete a basic color procedure, choosing the correct color for model.
IV. The learner should be able to mix colors to adjust for the desired shade.
V. The learner should have an understanding of the level system.
VI. The learner should complete proper clean up and storage of chemicals.
VII. The learner should practice disinfection, safety and sanitation.
