STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
I. The learner should have understanding of theory and law of color.
II. The learner should understand the chemistry of color.
III. The learner should be able to complete a basic color procedure, choosing the correct color for model.
IV. The learner will complete a hair and scalp analysis before color application.
V. The learner will able to demonstrate the appropriate disinfection, sanitation and safety procedures required.
