 STANDARD COMPETENCIES:
 1. Assess and maintain scene safety when treating a trauma patient
 2. Obtain patient history
 3. Conduct a comprehensive physical exam
 4. Formulate a treatment plan, including destination, based on differential diagnosis
 5. Communicate effectively as a team member
 6. Administer therapeutic interventions
 7. Manage the airway of adult and pediatric trauma patients
 8. Reassess patients after therapeutic interventions have been administered
 9. Provide complete documentation of a patient encounter
 10. Demonstrate professionalism throughout all interactions
